(Oct. 9) Crafting the Case: Depositions

We held the third installment of our four-part “Crafting the Case” series in October, entitled, “Master Strategies for Depositions.” Our master instructors from different sides of the aisle, Don Smolen and Scott Wood, led a lively and engaging discussion about best practices for taking and defending depositions. The Honorable Jason Robertson of the Eastern District moderated the discussion, as always. We held the event at McNellie’s Downtown Tulsa. Our attendees gained one hour of general CLE credit and invaluable advice from some experienced and savvy attorneys.
