We had one of our most unique and fascinating CLEs to date: a candid conversation with former AUSA Allen Litchfield. Mr. Litchfield was the head of the organized gang and drug trafficking unit at the NDOK U.S. Attorney’s Office for nearly 20 years and was an AUSA, criminal chief, and First Assistant United States Attorney in that office for 34 years. He shared his wisdom, experience, and cautionary tales about working with government cooperators in drug and violent crime prosecutions. We could not have asked for a better instructor on that topic.
